Rome 2006

Where to begin? I took a 4 day trip to Rome in the fall of 2006 with the goal of seeing all the 'things' that a first-time visitor should see. I think I did a pretty good job, but then when the job came of organizing the pictures into a coherent web format, I was pretty overwhelmed. There were so many pictures of so many places!!

In any case, what follows is a pretty comprehensive overview (how about that for an oxymoron?) of the major sites in Rome itself (except for the crypt of the Cappuchini Monks where I had my camera taken away for trying to take a picture!!). Enjoy!!
