We made a family trip to the ruins at Copan last weekend. Mom and dad had been there a long time ago, but this was my first time

Mom told me all about how the Maya had used a fake arch - just piling the stones closer and closer up to the capstone at the top. I really didn't know what she meant, though.

But then we just started hiking around, and that was a lot of fun. Breck was asleep with dad, so mom and I got to spend some quality time together.
