Pyramid Project
Objective:
Your objective will be to develop
a population profile of your 5 countries. You will work with your group
of three from the pyramid assignment.

1. The first step will be to construct
population pyramids. This
site will allow you to construct a pyramid for each country. Look at
them, play around with them, and then make the pyramid from 2003. Save
the graphics and paste them into a Word document. Use your notes (or the
other resources as needed) to briefly (1 or 2 sentences) describe the pyramid.
2. You must then determine the
demographic stage each of these countries is presently at according to
the Demographic Transition Model.
You can use the information listed above as well as other sources to help
you make this determination.
3. Type up and print out your
findings (including pyramids).
