To make a chart in Excel:


1. Type in the categories (in 1 column) and the totals (in another) into an Excel worksheet
2. Highlight the entries
3. Click on the Chart Wizard in the upper right hand corner
4. Follow the instructions through the wizard, making sure to save as an object.
